Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“terms”) are a binding agreement between you and 6two LLC, based in South Carolina, United States, governing your use of Tube Doodles. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Tube Doodles is an online studio that generates doodle-style and other AI-generated videos from topics, questions, or prompts you provide. The service scripts, narrates, illustrates, and assembles videos automatically using artificial-intelligence models, and stores the finished videos in your account library for you to download and publish.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Video generation consumes credits. New accounts may receive a limited number of free credits; free credits have no cash value, may be rate-limited (including per network address), and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Paid credits and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Credits from a purchase or subscription do not expire while your account is in good standing unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Refunds

Because credits fund real, non-recoverable AI generation costs the moment a video is created, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a video fails to generate due to a fault in our service, the credits for that video are automatically returned to your balance. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

Your content and ownership of generated videos

You retain ownership of the prompts, topics, and other material you submit. Subject to your compliance with these terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers, we assign to you all right, title, and interest we hold in the videos generated for your account, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially (for example, publishing and monetizing them on YouTube or TikTok).

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your prompts and generated content as needed to operate the service — for example, storing your videos so your library works. We do not use your private content to advertise the service without your permission.

Note that AI-generated output may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions, and similar or identical output may be independently generated for other users. We make no guarantee of exclusivity over any generated content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tube Doodles to create or attempt to create content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights — including prompts that ask for third-party characters, logos, or copyrighted works;
• is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or is hateful, harassing, or violent;
• deceives viewers in a harmful way, including impersonation or fraudulent content;
• attempts to probe, overload, or abuse the service, circumvent credit limits, or resell access without our permission.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Videos are generated by artificial-intelligence models. Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not match your intent, and may vary in quality from run to run. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, suitable for any particular purpose, or compliant with the policies of third-party platforms (such as YouTube or TikTok monetization rules). You are responsible for reviewing videos before publishing them and for how you use them.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and improving, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for outages, delays, or losses caused by third-party providers we depend on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6two LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time by emailing 6twollc@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk for us; where reasonable, we will give you notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your stored content after a reasonable period. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
