Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how 6two LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Tube Doodles.
Who we are
Tube Doodles is operated by 6two LLC, a limited liability company based in South Carolina, United States. Tube Doodles lets you create AI-generated doodle-style videos from a topic or question you provide. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at 6twollc@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information — your email address and name, provided when you sign up. Sign-in and account management are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider.
- Billing information — when you buy credits or a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only what we need to fulfill your purchase (such as the last four digits, purchase amount, and subscription status).
- IP address — we record the IP address of requests to prevent abuse, including limiting how many free signup credits can be claimed from a single network.
- Content you create — the topics, prompts, characters, and settings you submit, and the videos, images, audio, scripts, and thumbnails generated for you. Generated media is stored in cloud object storage (Google Cloud Storage) so you can access it from your library.
- Usage and log data — standard technical logs (pages requested, timestamps, errors) used to operate, debug, and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use the information above to provide and improve Tube Doodles:
- To create your account, sign you in, and keep it secure.
- To generate the videos you request and store them in your library.
- To process payments, manage credits and subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
- To enforce fair-use limits (for example, per-IP caps on free credits).
- To measure advertising performance (see Cookies and analytics below).
- To respond to support requests and legal obligations.
Third-party services we rely on
We share data with a small set of processors, each only to the extent needed to run the product:
- Clerk — authentication and account management (your email, name, and sign-in activity).
- Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions, and billing records.
- OpenAI — generates scripts, images, and other content from your prompts.
- ElevenLabs — generates the narration audio for your videos.
- Fal.ai — generates AI video clips for certain video styles.
- Google Cloud Storage — stores your generated media files.
- Google Ads — conversion tracking so we can measure whether our advertising works (see below).
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are necessary for the service to work — primarily session cookies set by Clerk so you stay signed in. We also load the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads conversion tracking, which may set cookies to attribute signups to our ads. We do not sell your personal information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential sign-in cookies are required for the app to function.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active so your video library remains available. Billing records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing 6twollc@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it (for example, payment records).
Children's privacy
Tube Doodles accounts are for adults. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents may use Tube Doodles to create videos for their children, but the account holder must be an adult. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email 6twollc@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
